Interesting. . .

While reading the January 2009 Real Simple magazine, I came upon the results to a survey:

3 things that the happiest women do:

1. They cancel appointments to get more time alone.
2. They don't always answer the phone.
3. They know how to say no.

Interesting. Sometimes it seems I need permission to do any of those. I might offend someone. Yet really, it's about taking charge of your own time, isn't it? Simplifying can be satisfying.
